During the summer, this place has to be the most blooming part of topeka. Neighbors are nice and understanding, Rent is alright, but it makes sense, its not too far from anthing. Its a perfect place to be.

Absolutely stunning place! The apartment complex boasts luxurious amenities and breathtaking views. The spacious apartments are beautifully designed with modern finishes. The community amenities, including the pool and fitness center, are top-notch. The management team is incredibly helpful and responsive. Overall, a fantastic place to call home!

Any issues I’ve had with leasing or maintenance are always handled well by staff! I’ve lived here for several years now and have really enjoyed it. I do wish there was a bit more accessible parking.

It’s been amazing the last two years. We’ve been through a lot of management but they’ve all been amazing. I wouldn’t change having my very first apartment here for anything at all. Thank you chalet for keeping a roof over my head. My neighbors are all amazing as well in both my old apartment and new one. Lots of love for the community here.

Solid community. Have several friends as neighbors and friendly-neighbors. Fun events are regular, and very low crime. Only concerns are some minor insect problems (spiders mostly) and it can be difficult to reach the office on the phone at times (the staff is great just thinly stretched)!

So far we have liked the complex. And have had very little issues. The neighbors are all friendly and have been very nice to us. We like the apartment complex so far.

The office staff are very caring. They care about how you are and are quick to help.i like their happy demeanor. It is contagious. Maintenance staff are kind and carinng about helping fix problems. The complex is cleaned immediately when it snows. This is a great place to live..

So far, so good. Love my apartment and the proximity to gage park. Parking can be a pain sometimes but the fantastic staff in the office is super helpful and proactive

I just moved in and haven't been here a week yet. I put in a service request on my garbage disposal and was told the maintenance guy should look at it the next day but he was here the same day. Very impressed with that.

Any issues I had in the house were quickly resolved and the apartment managers were very helpful and supportive. It is a good safe neighborhood I'd say.

It is a quiet area, I have never had any issues with anything however I do wish that there were either more laundry facilities or that they were spaced out more so that they were closer to some of the buildings.

The office does a great job with trying to inter act with the community and make this fun. They are great at responding to maintenance requests or the residents in general.

Very friendly staff, some of the apartments could use some updating. Staff is very good at communication, such as with illegal parking. Sometimes they can be hard to reach on the phone, so you'll typically have better luck just going to the office in person.

Quiet, pleasant and available recreation across the street at Gage Park. With live music during the summers, family friendly events and many for solo adventures. Your neighbors at Chalet are respectful and personable (well accept for an occasional parking space infraction with their guests lol). All is pretty chill at the Chalet.

Fine, when I have problems they take care of it. Parking is nice. Good pool. Good workout room. And the staff is usually happy to help. Also have neat events in the office for the people living there.

Overall these apartments aren't too bad. The area is pretty quiet and most people are either friendly or keep to themselves. The staff are always friendly and try their best to help you with what you need. It is also a nice bonus that it is right across from Gage Park.
